I enjoy working at ASA Partners not only because of the people here, but also because the philosophy of the company truly is to provide as much support as possible and to help each Recruiter achieve individual goals and to prosper. Management is open to its associates’ opinions and strives continually to try to find the "best practices" approach to challenging situations. I enjoy my co-workers and the pleasant work environment we all help to create.

I take great personal satisfaction in helping our clients and candidates meet their needs. I particularly recall when a client called on a Friday afternoon, told us one of their doctors had just had a heart attack and would be out for several weeks, and asked us to find them a locum tenens doctor for Monday morning. Several of us began work on the task and, before we left the office that day, we had a physician in place and kept the client’s practice open!

I have been in sales for many years and I have learned that many sales people do not extend themselves to their co-workers. This is not the case with my co-workers at ASA Partners. Everyone is extremely generous with time, knowledge, and the benefit of experience. This is our corporate culture – a type of camaraderie and helpfulness which starts with the partners and permeates throughout the entire staff.
