Recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:
Term: Twenty-Four (24) Months
Compensation Package $86 per hour
Productivity Incentive WRVU incentive model
Number of Days/Weekends Average of 35 – 45 hours per week includes weekend rotation
Health Insurance Covered or $6,000 per year for documented expenses
Disability Insurance $6,000 per year for documented expenses
Dues/Membership Fees $2,000 per year for documented expenses
Education Costs $3,000 per year for documented expenses
Malpractice liability covered by practice
Personal Leave 4 weeks (20 days) paid time off for sick/vacation time
CME Leave 2 weeks (10 days) paid time off for educational purposes
Pension Plan 401(k) with a 4% Match capped at $8,000 per year
Relocation $7,500
